* Deposit - Payment - Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required two weeks prior to the scheduled trip date.

Cancellation Policy: MRO will work with clients when unexpected circumstances arise to reschedule a trip.

​

Greater Than 30 days: If the trip cannot be rescheduled, your deposit will be 100% refundable.

​

Less Then 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

​

River & Weather Conditions: We fish rain or shine. We will always use common sense and work with our clients to reschedule should river or weather conditions be unsafe.

​

Gratuity: Our rates do not include Gratuities. It is recommended, but not required, to provide your guide a 20% gratuity at the end of your trip.
